Grass, Weeds & Trees: All lawns, hedges, brushes and weeds of any kind shall trimmed and shall not be permitted to become overgrown, especially not to interfere with sidewalks, traffic, or street traffic and must not impair visibility to any Borough sign. Tree branches overhanging sidewalks must be kept at a height of 8′ and 13′ above the roadway.
