Responsibilities

Managing the Borough Administrator's schedule, supporting special projects and other assigned initiatives, and handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries — directing them to the appropriate Borough officials.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of administrative operations experience involving project coordination and interaction with multiple departments and outside parties. Strong secretarial skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and other platforms. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
