Municipal Court Interpreter (Korean, Spanish and English)
Position: Korean and Spanish to English Interpreter
Location: 275 Broad Avenue, Palisades Park (Borough Hall)

Job Description:
The Municipal Court of the Borough of Palisades Park needs an interpreter to assist with the functions of the Municipal Court.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate interpretation services in both Korean and Spanish, ensuring effective communication between clients and Court staff
This position requires linguistic proficiency, cultural understanding, and the ability to work with Court.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate verbal translation between Korean and Spanish for clients, staff, and external partners
- Assist in translating documents and written materials as needed.
- Interpret during meetings and phone calls.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interpretations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure clear and accurate communication.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Korean, Spanish, and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competency.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Experience is preferred.
